That’s why KCR has its own Small Contract Works Team, providing the same excellent KCR service but specialising in the unique challenges of a smaller project.
What Are Small Works?
Here at KCR we define small works as any project under £250,000. Our previous projects that fall into this category have included all manners of commercial and residential projects.
Our small works team have refurbished, extended, reconfigured and renovated anything from houses to larger blocks of studio apartments/ bedsits and commercial offices. We are happy to undertake any opportunity to enhance and reinvigorate your commercial or residential property.
